Available Dates and Times

• 2 Hours of Private Gym Time (no other parties or classes going on at the same time)
• Set Up and Clean Up
• Tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils
• Birthday Decorations (birthday banner, balloons) 
• Open play on the spring floor, beams, bars, vaulting mats and trampolines.
• Tunnels, blocks, floor beams etc available for younger guests.
• No table-area time limit, split play time and table time as you see fit

Cake and outside food are welcome. Please note there is no fridge or freezer available, therefor ice cream is not recommended.

Party Cost:

$250 for two hours and up to 10 participants

$15 for each additional participant

Deposit:

$100 deposit due within 48 hours of invoice to hold party date. Remaining cost and fees for additional participants will be due day of.

• The $100 deposit is refundable for parties cancelled 14 days or more prior to the party date.
• Parties cancelled less than 14 days prior to the party date will not receive a refund of deposit.

• Send out the paper waiver with your invitations so guests don't have to wait at the door to complete waivers!
• Bring bottled water for the kids. Resealable water containers are the only beverage allowed in the gym area. Sharpies can be made available for guests to write their names on water bottles.
• Guests, including adults, will not be permitted to wear shoes in the gym, please make sure your guests plan accordingly.

By booking a party with TOPGUN Gym you understand that ALL children MUST have a parent pre-register online, bring the paper waiver form completely filled out, or have a parent present to complete the waiver at the party. Children without a waiver and emergency contact information on file will NOT be allowed to participate.
