•  2 Hours of Private Gym Time (no other parties or classes going on at the same time)
• Set Up and Clean Up
• Tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils provided
• Birthday Banner Backdrop in parent room
• Open play on the silks, trampolines, beams, bars, Ninja equipment, etc.
• No table-area time limit, split play time and table time as you see fit

 Outside food, cake, and drinks are welcome in the party room, however no food or drink is allowed in the gym.

Party Cost:

$250 for two hours and up to 10 participants

$15 for each additional participant

Deposit:

$100 deposit due at time of booking

•  Parties cancelled 14 days or more prior to the party date receive a 100% refund of deposit. 
• Parties cancelled 13-7 days prior to the party date receive 50% refund of deposit.
• Parties cancelled less than 1 week prior to the party date will not receive a refund

You will have 20 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up any food or decorations. You will have up to 10 minutes after your scheduled party time to clear out any personal items so our coaches can prepare the space either for clean up or for the next party. Coaches will give you a time reminder 15 minutes before your reserved time concludes. 

• Send out the paper waiver with your invitations so guests don't have to wait at the door to complete waivers!
• Bring mini bottled waters for the kids. Resealable water containers are the only beverage allowed in the gym area. Sharpies can be made available for guests to write their names on water bottles.
• Guests, including adults, will not be permitted to wear shoes in the gym, please make sure your guests plan accordingly.
•  While we encourage adults to play with their kids–much of our equipment is designed for use by children only. Our uneven bars specifically are set and tensioned for small athletes–adults will not be allowed on them. 

By booking a party with TOPGUN Gym you understand that ALL children MUST have a parent pre-register online, bring the paper waiver form completely filled out, or have a parent present to complete the waiver at the party. Children without a waiver on file will not be allowed to participate.
