Gymnastics: At TOPGUN Gym we offer WAG, or “women’s artistic gymnastics” which involves performing skills on beam, uneven bar, vault, and floor events, and MAG, or "Men's artistic gymnastics" which involves performing skills on high bar, vault, floor, pommel horse (or mushroom), parallel bars, and rings.
Tumbling: Power tumbling is performed on spring runways that help tumblers propel themselves into the air. In power tumbling athletes perform tumbling skills on the floor, a traditional trampoline, and a double mini trampoline.
You can follow the link on the classes page or under the parent portal page.
An active credit or debit card is required on file via Square Payment Processing to register for TOPGUN Gymnastics and/or TOPGUN Tumbling recreational or competitive programs. TOPGUN Gymnastics and/or TOPGUN Tumbling will bill your credit/debit card on the 1st of each month for the proceeding month’s tuition, thereby ensuring your child’s continued class/team status.
Girls:
A leotard, with no skirt attached, is preferred. Athletes may wear workout shorts over their leotard if they prefer, but shorts are not required. If a leotard is not available, a form-fitting t-shirt that can be tucked in and shorts/leggings are acceptable. No jewelry, jeans, or clothing with buttons or zippers will be allowed. Hair should be tied back in a secure ponytail, braids, or bun prior to every class.
Boys:
Shorts and a t-shirt/tank top that can tuck in allow for the best instruction possible. Clothes should be free of zippers and buttons and should be tight-fitting. Baggy clothes will get in the way and prevent coaches from being able to adequately spot skills. Long hair must be tied back.
Girls:
A leotard is optional, but preferred. If any athlete is not wearing leotards, they need to be in tight workout attire. Shorts/leggings and crops/sports bras are allowed for tumbling, but can cause injury with other apparatuses in gymnastics. Hair should be tied back in a secure ponytail, braids, or bun prior to every class.

Tumbling does not use the same apparatuses that Gymnastics does. Using the bars while in a crop/sports bra could cause serious injury. For this purpose athletes in gymnastics are required to have their stomachs covered.
Because TOPGUN Gym offers limited classes each week, if a student misses a class, no make up class is offered. However, if a class must be canceled by a coach due to illness or emergency a make up class will be made available as soon as possible.
There are no make-ups for holiday closures unless special holiday schedules have been published by TOPGUN Gym.
Open gym is when athletes may come and use all gym apparatus and equipment for play or practice. Coaches are present for safety and supervision, but class instruction is not given. Fees apply.
At this time, open gyms are scheduled as special events only. We will update the website as dates become available.
To withdraw from any TOPGUN Gymnastics and/or TOPGUN Tumbling classes, notice must be given in writing by the 25th of the preceding month. If withdrawal is not made by the 25th, tuition will be billed for the next month. Notice to withdraw from gymnastics classes may be sent to Coach Jenna TOPGUNgymnastics@gmail.com. Notice to withdraw from tumbling classes may be sent to Coach Bristee at TOPGUNtumbling@gmail.com.
TOPGUN Gymnastics, LLC is owned and operated by Jenna and Shane Dixon. TOPGUN Tumbling is owned and operated by Bristee Conner. We offer classes out of the same facility, and share things such as a registration website to make things easier for parents. However, each branch of the TOPGUN Gym is a separate business, with different owners.
