Athletes in Gymnastics classes learn skills on vault, bar, beam, and floor.
Level 1 (Beginner 1) Athletes age 4+ are introduced to rolls, cartwheels, and handstands on floor; beginner walks and jumps on beam; mounting, dismounting and casting on bar; and springboard use for vault.

Athletes in Gymnastics classes learn skills on vault, bar, beam, and floor.
Level 1 (Beginner 1) Athletes age 4+ are introduced to rolls, cartwheels, and handstands on floor; beginner walks and jumps on beam; mounting, dismounting and casting on bar; and springboard use for vault.
Level 2 (Beginner 2) Athletes continue to build on level 1 skills while being introduced to bridge kickovers, jumps, and roll connections on floor; turns and beginner acro on beam; back hip circle and pullover drills on bar; and body tension skills for flatback vaults.
Level 3 (Intermediate) Athletes begin working on form and technique while perfecting their level 1 and 2 skills. Athletes are introduced to acro connections and dance pass connections on floor; inverted acro on beam; toe on and squat on dismounts on bar; and flatback vaults.
Level 4 (Advanced) In level 4 athletes work toward Bronze and Silver level competitive skills either just for fun, or in preparation for team. Athletes are introduced to walkovers and back handsprings on floor; roundoff and handstand dismounts from beam, skill connections on bar, and roundoff vaults.
Athletes in T&T classes learn skills on traditional trampoline, double mini trampoline, Tumbl Trak trampoline, and tumbling skills on floor.

Level 1 (Beginner) Athletes age 4+ are introduced to rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges on floor; safe landings from double mini, seat drops, doggie drops and stop bounces on trampoline; and bunny hops and jump to roll connections on Tumbl Trak.
Level 2 (Intermediate) Athletes continue to build on level 1 skills while being introduced to backbends and power roundoffs on floor; turning dismounts from double mini; front and back drops on trampoline; and roundoff rebounds and dive rolls on Tumbl Trak.
Level 3 (Advanced) Athletes continue to build on level 1 and 2 skills while being introduced walkovers and back handsprings on floor; front tuck dismounts from double mini; swivel hips and back drop pullovers on trampoline; and back handsprings and punch fronts on Tumbl Trak.
Toddler classes are available for our smallest athletes from walking through age 4.
Toddler Open Gym Toddler Open Gym little athletes from walking to age 4 can explore and play on all gym equipment without the big kids around. Parents participate with athletes. Toddler Open Gym classes are not instructor lead.

Toddler classes are available for our smallest athletes from walking through age 4.
Toddler Open Gym Toddler Open Gym little athletes from walking to age 4 can explore and play on all gym equipment without the big kids around. Parents participate with athletes. Toddler Open Gym classes are not instructor lead.
Lil' Gym Explorer [with parent] With Parent Gym Explorer classes are for athletes age 2-4. Parents or guardians assist their child while coaches introduce athletes to skills on bars, beams, floor, and trampolines.
Lil' Gym Explorer Lil' Gym Explorer is for athletes age 3-5 who are ready to participate in class and follow direction without parent assistance. Athletes will be introduced to skills on bars, beams, floor, and trampolines.
In Ninja Obstacle classes athletes age 4+ develop strength and agility through a series of obstacle courses and challenges. Athletes will use beams, bars, trampolines, rings and a other gym equipment to flip, crawl, hang, and climb through a variety of physical challenges.
Tumbling-only classes are for athletes who are only interested in tumbling skills on floor. Tumbling-only classes are a great opportunity to acquire specific tumbling skills for other activities such as cheerleading and dance.

TOPGUN Gymnastics offers an Xcel-only competition team, currently competing in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels.
